Valley Health provides Occupational Health Services for business and industry in the Shenandoah Valley to help companies control the cost associated with injured workers, work-site safety, regulatory compliance and employee health and wellness issues.

In today’s tight labor market a healthy workforce is an employers most important resource. With a full range of occupational health services available at facilities strategically located throughout the northern Shenandoah Valley, Valley Health is uniquely qualified to partner with businesses to help keep the workforce healthy and productive.

Dedicated Occupational Health Clinics
Occupational Health clinics have been established adjacent to the Urgent Care Center in Winchester and at Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal. Physical therapy, x-ray and laboratory services are available on-site. Pre-employment physicals and injury treatment is also provided.

Occupational Health Physicians
Physicians specializing in occupational medicine will oversee the care employees receive. Physicians understand the importance of getting employees back on the job as soon as possible.
 
Consolidated Billing
Occupational Health Services provides easy-to-read invoices listing all of the services employees receive.   Billing software, OccuSource, delivers those features and more.

A Coordinated Approach
Employees will have easy access to the wide range of healthcare services available from Valley Health. The Occupational Health Services staff will facilitate employees receiving the needed care.

After Hours Treatment
Urgent Care is available evenings and weekends, when the occupational health clinics are not open, for treatment of minor injuries or illness requiring immediate attention. Treatment for medical emergencies is available at Warren Memorial Hospital and Winchester Medical Center. Under a coordinated approach, the Occupational Health Services staff is notified when employees receive care at any of these locations. Occupational Health Services staff follow-up to ensure employees receive the needed care to return to work as soon as possible.
