From the North:
If traveling from Winchester or Berryville, VA, on Route 522 (south) or Route 340, which join at Double Toll Gate Rd., continue on Route 522 and 340 into
Front Royal. Continue through the intersection with I-66 and cross the Shenandoah River twice. Stay in the right lane and continue past the intersection of 14th Street and Shenandoah Avenue. Continue straight ahead on Shenandoah Avenue for three blocks and turn left on 11th Street. Lynn Care Center entrance is located behind Warren Memorial Hospital.

If traveling from Winchester, VA, on I-81 South, take exit 300 onto I-66 East to Exit 6 and turn right at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp onto Route 522 South and 340. Continue on Route 522 and 340 into Front Royal. Stay in the right lane and continue past the intersection of 14th Street and Shenandoah Avenue. Continue straight ahead on Shenandoah Avenue for three blocks and turn left on 11th Street. Lynn Care Center entrance is located behind Warren Memorial Hospital.

From the South:
If traveling from Flint Hill, VA, on Route 522 (north), stay on Route 522 (Commerce Avenue). Turn left at the fifth traffic light onto Sixth Street. Continue on Sixth Street up the hill to Shenandoah Avenue. Turn right onto Shenandoah Avenue and proceed past the hospital and thrn right onto 11th Avenue. Lynn Care Center entrance is located behind Warren Memorial Hospital.

If traveling from Luray, VA, on Route 340, continue straight through town on Route 340 (Royal Avenue) to the fifth traffic light. Turn left onto Sixth Street. Continue on Sixth Street up the hill to Shenandoah Avenue. Turn right onto Shenandoah Avenue and proceed past the hospital and thrn right onto 11th Avenue. Lynn Care Center entrance is located behind Warren Memorial Hospital.

If traveling from Washington, D.C., on I-66 West, take Exit 6, and turn left at the traffic light onto Route 522 (southn) and 340. Continue on Route 522 and 340 into Front Royal. Stay in the right lane and continue past the intersection of 14th Street and Shenandoah Avenue. Continue straight ahead on Shenandoah Avenue for three blocks and turn left on 11th Street. Lynn Care Center entrance is located behind Warren Memorial Hospital.

If traveling from Linden, VA, take Route 55 (John Marshall Highway) to the traffic light at the intersection of Route 522 (Commerce Avenue), and turn right onto Commerce avenue. Continue on Commerce Avenue to the fourth traffic light, and turn left onto Sixth Street. Continue on Sixth Street up the hill to Shenandoah Avenue. Turn right onto Shenandoah Avenue and proceed past the hospital and thrn right onto 11th Avenue. Lynn Care Center entrance is located behind Warren Memorial Hospital.

From the West:
If traveling from Strasburg, VA, on I-81, take I-66 East to Exit 6, and turn right at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp onto Route 522 South and 340. Continue on Route 522 and 340 into Front Royal. Stay in the right lane and continue past the intersection of 14th Street and Shenandoah Avenue. If traveling from Strasburg, VA, on Route 55, turn right at the intersection with Route 522 and 340 (Shenandoah Avenue). After crossing the Shenandoah River twice, stay in the right lane and continue past the intersection of 14th Street and Shenandoah Avenue.
