Piedmont Medical Laboratory is a community based reference laboratory owned in part by Winchester Medical Center, Warren Memorial Hospital, Shenandoah Memorial Hospital along with other local hospitals, initiated to support outreach programs and to better serve physicians in the overall delivery of care. Serving the community since 1991, Piedmont Medical Laboratory provides accurate, dependable results of laboratory tests in multiple disciplines, including bacteriology, serology, hematology, chemistry and urinalysis. As a community reference laboratory, Piedmont Medical Laboratory provides a common link amongst healthcare providers throughout the Shenandoah Valley.

Service centers are located at 333 West Cork Street and 1804 Plaza Drive in Winchester, VA; and at 283-A Rock Cliff Drive, in Martinsburg, WV.
